Backup all your important data before flashing the Huawei Nova 3i Stock Firmware because installing firmware will erase all your data:

  • GO to the Backup app on your home screen.
  • Tab on Backup & Choose the location to which you want to back up your data

  • Choose the data you want to backup. depending on your needs (Contacts, Messaging, Call log, images.videos…)
  • Then touch   Back up to begin the backup.
  • set a password, you can Skip if you don’t want to set a password 
  • After this is complete, tab Next to begin the backup.

Restore Huawei Nova 3i

  • Go back to the Backup app, & tab on Restore
  • Choose the source of the data to be restored, and touch Next

  • Enter your password you set up early then touch OK
  • Select the data you want to restored and touch Start restoration.
  • Once you choose to restore your back up data
  • You can choose a location to restore backed up data (Contacts, Messaging, Call log, images.videos…)
  • Finally, tab on OK to finish.

  1. Where are the l8nks to download the firmware? I want to download the latest one for my LX2 model but non had a hyperlink to download

  2. Hi all, I had andoid PIE on my Nova INE-LX2 and downgrarded to OREO 8.2.0.138 (C636), now it seems that I cant find any update.
    What version do you recomend to be up to date (the latest one for my model without troubles) and should I download all the in between packages one by one (from 8.2.0.138 to the latest one)?

      • No! My device is OK.
        I downloaded the file from this page then went to settings – >update system and there where nothing!
        Are there any tutorials that you recommend for me. A simple method because I ama a beginner 😅

        • 1- Download & extract Huawei Stock firmware & copy the UPDATE.APP file on your internal storage or in your SD card.
          2- In your Huawei phone Go to: Settings => System => System update => Then click on the 3 Dots at the top right corner
          3- Tab on Local update, and select the UPDATE.APP file You downloading

            3-Update overnight

            go to Huawei AppGallery sign in with a Huawei account
            search for hicare app install it & apply
            go to setting systeù update then install the last update

  4. i have nova 3i ine-lx2r android pie latest. how to downgrade to oreo? im still locked bootloader. i dont like pie because it actively kill apps in the background. can you guide me how to downgrade using DLOAD?
